Announcements: BACI's Diversity Wheel

Title

BACI's Diversity Wheel

Body

With input from staff, family members and individuals we support, we worked with an expert consultant to create a "Diversity Wheel" which shows the various ways in which people at BACI identify themselves.
(To see the wheel, please click on the attachment.)

For example, people may think of themselves mainly in terms of the kind of work that they do, or according to their passion in life (an artist, an athlete or sports fan, a collector of some kind, a movie buff, etc.) Others may categorize themselves mainly in terms of their cultural or religious background.

Everyone is different when it comes to how we think about ourselves. That is one of the reasons we left a few "slices" of the Diversity "pie" blank -- so that you can add your own meaningful categories. It is also to remind us that despite the differences between us, there is often much common ground.
