Diversity Dialogue

A "Diversity Wheel"  was created by individuals, family members and staff to show the various ways in which people at BACI identify themselves.

 

Everyone is different when it comes to how we think about ourselves.

 

Some people think of themselves mainly in terms of the kind of work that they do, while others define themselves more by their passions in life (artist, athlete, sports fan, collector of some kind, movie buff, etc.) Some categorize themselves mainly in terms of their cultural or religious background.

 

We left a few "slices" of the Diversity "pie" blank so that you can add your own meaningful categories. And to remind us that despite the differences between us, there is often much common ground.
